Goodwood Revival

Goodwood Revival

Goodwood Revival is like no other motorsport event I go to. The whole of the race track comes alive with the glamour of motor racing of yesteryear. Spectators & competitors alike, both on and off this historic circuit. I can’t think of any other historic race meeting to be staged entirely in period dress. Ladies in their furs and frocks, gentlemen in their tweeds and trilbies all help to create the uniquely stylish atmosphere that sets the Revival apart from all other motor racing events. It’s not compulsory but you really can’t help yourself & join in, it is so much more fun!

On track the drivers are no less commited racing around this classic circuit, which remains unchanged since its heyday. Wheel-to-wheel racing is at the heart of the Revival. Hundreds of rare and priceless cars, driven by champions past and present, compete for the most coveted trophies in historic motorsport. It is said that the traditional first race, Kinrara Trophy has the most valuable grid in the world. That takes some thinking about in these days of modern F1 technology.

The Goodwood Revival always attracts the finest in historic motor racing talent.  Some of the world’s most famous faces from the motorsport world and beyond. Le Mans winners, British Touring Car Champions, Isle of Man winners and many more race at Revival do battle out on track!
