ATPS Charity Golf Day Photography Hoebridge 2017.
Another year has gone by & it was time for the ATPS Charity Golf Day. I am always flattered to get a call from a previous client to come back & shoot another event for them. So it was a great pleasure to be invited back to shoot this year’s Golf Day Photography for them. Another return to the Hoebridge Golf Centre in Surrey, meant a great day was in store again too.
Raising funds for…
This year, Allens Total Perimeter Security had chosen to raise funds in aid of The MPS Society. The MPS Society provides professional support to children, adults and families affected by MPS and related Lysosomal Storage Diseases and funds research into treatment and therapies. These diseases are rare, genetic, life-limiting conditions. desperately needs. If you would like to make a donation to The MPS Society, just click this link:
9 holes in the morning followed by another 18 after lunch, make it a long busy day as a photographer. It is always so much fun shooting each player & their reactions to their shots throughout the day. The weather was kind to us again for 4th year in a row. As a result everybody was having a great day of golf & really got into the swing of thing…(see what I did there!!). ‘Beat the Pro’ Nearest the Pin on the 12th raised much needed funds for the charity.
Some of the players are starting to recognise me & relax more now when a large lens is pointed at them. Consequently the banter on the golf course was flowing & had me in stitches.
So, if some shots are slightly blurred it’s your own fault for making me laugh!! It was as ever a pleasure to spend the day with such terrific guests. Thank you for asking me to be a part of it with you again!!
